My therapeutic philosophy is to use a combination of approaches, including psychodynamic psychotherapy and symptom focused cognitive behavioral therapy, which is tailored to your own individual needs. I aim to be respectful of your needs and flexible in designing a therapeutic relationship that can maximize a successful outcome.
